Steffen was amazing. He interacted with the children wonderfully but also with the adults too. All of my staff who attended were thoroughly impressed and it was a great night. Well worth the effort (we built him a Santa’s grotto in-store).

We 100% want to make a booking for the same Santa next year. When can I do this? Santa Claus was fantastic; We were then invited to take the children down to see Santa - and here I have no complaints at all. Santa was excellent - give him our regards before he goes back to the north Pole! Very jolly, chatty and put the children at ease - Well done.
